On Friday, I finished early at the office and walked to Knafeljev. JAZ (ME) has a new, nice interior. I got a table close to a window, which had a good light.

This is a project by Ana Roš, the best female chef in the world. A few years back, I visited her main restaurant Hiša Franko with 3 Michelin stars. It was time for its modest cuisine as part of Restaurant Week.

Topinbour even if it has a mild taste in 3 forms in combination with milky risotto made a good meal

Vanilla ice cream with pumpkin oil

Nice portion, complementary tastes, vanilla with pumpkin, ricotta foam, crums with rum, and raisins.

Overall nice experience, good food, ok price. I paid 35 € with tip. I drank just sparkling water (free).
